Looking for a non-structured local literary event?  Check out Brazos Bookstore, 2421 Bissonet St. in Houston.  The first Wednesday of each month provides a standing invitation to the public to sit down and discuss the book of the month.  Anyone can vote on the next month's book and there is no assigned leader for the book club.  Discussions are allowed to evolve on their own.  The book club meets at 7:00PM.  See www.brazosbookstore.com for more information.
